Our mission is to create a tranquil and restorative experience for all of our clients. To achieve this, we dedicate a professional's time and resources specifically for your scheduled appointment. This time block is reserved exclusively for you, and when a cancellation occurs without sufficient notice, it creates an empty space that other clients could have used. A deposit of 25% of your service total is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service at the time of your visit. We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you provide this notice, your deposit can be fully refunded or held as a credit for a future appointment, based on your preference. For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, your 25% deposit will be forfeited. In addition, an extra 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file. In the event of a no-show, where you miss your appointment without any notification, your deposit will be forfeited, and your card will be charged an additional 50% of the service price. We allow a 15-minute grace period for unforeseen delays. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you know you will be running late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a "no-show". This will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and an additional charge of 50% of the service price to the card on file. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
